Welcome to the EOI Redmine

About EOIntelligence Ltd

EOIntelligence Ltd (EOI) - a Catalyst in the Earth Observation Value Chain.

EOI designs and delivers Earth Observation Payload Ground Segments under our flagship platform IRMI™ - the Image Resource Management Intelligence system - or as individual components of it. IRMI™ takes raw data straight from the satellite and carries it through the full processing chain, producing L0, L1, L2, L3, and L4 products ready for downstream analytics or distribution.

We specialise in processing problematic data from SmallSats where others despair. Irregular point spread functions, striping, detector non-uniformities, awkward sensor geometries, and the many other artefacts that defeat off-the-shelf processors are our core competence.

Flexible Deployment

IRMI™ is built to run wherever the data is. The same system - or a tailored subset of its components - can be deployed on:

  • Edge processors on board the satellite itself
  • Windows laptops
  • Linux workstations
  • PC clusters / data centres
  • Private, or Any of the common public clouds

This means our customers are never locked into a single infrastructure choice and can scale a processing chain from a single operator's laptop to a full cloud-based production system without changing the underlying software or architecture.

Two Ways to Engage

EOI offers two commercial models, and customers are free to mix them as their needs evolve:

  • Processing services : EOI operates IRMI™ on your behalf, ingesting your raw data and delivering products at the processing level you require.
  • System licensing : EOI sells IRMI™ (or selected components) to you, and you run it yourself with full operational control.

About This Redmine

This Redmine instance is where EOI's internal team and our external partners collaborate on projects.

Logging In

  • External users : please log in with the username and password that has been provided to you by your EOI contact. Your access is scoped to the projects relevant to your engagement with EOI.
  • Don't have credentials yet? : if you are an existing partner or customer and need access, please contact your EOI point of contact .
  • General enquiries — if you have reached this page and are not yet working with EOI, please get in touch via our website or .

What This System Is Used For

Redmine is the single source of engagement for the projects EOI runs with its partners and customers. It provides:

  • Issue and bug tracking : report defects, request clarifications, and follow them through to resolution with a full audit trail.
  • Feature requests : raise new capabilities you would like EOI to support, and track them through triage, estimation, and scheduling.
  • Project planning : milestones, schedules, Gantt views, and progress tracking so that everyone has a shared view of where a project stands.
  • Time tracking and reporting : transparent logging of effort spent, supporting accurate reporting against commercial commitments.
  • Source code management : integration with GitHub so that code repositories, commits, and issues are visible alongside project tickets.
  • Wiki and knowledge base : long-form documentation of products, processing chains, interface control documents, and conventions.
  • Document management : controlled sharing of contracts, specifications, AOI definitions, delivery manifests, and reference material.

How Projects Are Organised

Work in this system is organised as mega projects for each strategic relationship or programme, with sub-projects underneath them for individual orders, AOIs, or work packages. This structure keeps commercial and technical context in one place while giving each deliverable its own self-contained history.

Once logged in, you will see only the projects and sub-projects that you have been granted access to.

Support

If you experience a problem with Redmine, not with the content of a specific project — please contact your EOI point of contact who will escalate it to the system administrator .
